Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy - Mindfulness Therapy
Mike T Kinch. PACFA. (Reg No. 26733 Provisional)
Rather than treating just the symptoms, a holistic practitioner looks deeper and tries to uncover underlying causes. Holistic counsellors look at the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit to help facilitate wellness.
All sessions for counselling and therapy are totally confidential and professional and usually lasts up to an hour. The frequency of the consultations will depend entirely on what you bring to the session, the severeness of the presented problem or subject. It may be either short-term or long-term.
My hope for you is that you will get out of your journey, exactly what you need. This will be different for each one of you and it is important that we create this journey together. Each one of you brings a richness of being and a wealth of experience to share. Together we make a whole and will allow our time together to naturally unfold so you feel totally at ease and comfortable..
You have the choice to either undertake your session in a face to face environment, Skype, or Zoom platform.
Throughout my own life and journey, there have been challenges and setbacks as we all experience at times, it has taken me a very long time to realise that if my life was going to move forward in a positive way with few regrets, that I urgently needed to do something to bring about change for myself.
The searching and crusade my life undertook, took me to places where I had to face the unknown, to face my edges and to confront my fears. Looking for a vehicle to enable me to expand and to undertake considerable inner work on myself was a challenge.
The embarking on the Metavision Institute journey in becoming a therapist has changed my life with what I believe to be an expansion in Mind, Body Spirit on a universal level. Having purpose and meaning in my life now, has put me in a position to greatly assist others in changing their life in honor of their own authentic life.
